Hey, just noticed there is a cut next to pin 8 of IC2 under the yellow jumper in the image on the left side that isn't on the one on the right.
Yep, you are right - good spotting. It doesn't make any difference, as there is nothing else on that row. That was just me stopping the 9VDC from going any further, in case I needed to use the rest of the row for something (which never happened)
