This is the 9v version of the Colorsound Power Booster from 1971 - the Colorsound Overdriver.
There's a lot of historical information here on Kit Rae's site - which also includes a very good explanation of the differences between different versions (9v vs 18v etc).

It's probably a really good idea to add a master volume control at the output of this. If you are reading this, I'm sure you know how to add a volume control to a circuit.
I listed the original electrolytic cap values, which you can round off to values available today. The 100ohm resistor and diode on the power supply are also additions.
