This is the LFO / modulation section from the Keeley Magnetic delay - I will try attaching this to the Earth Quaker Devices Disaster Transport Jr, and hopefully get some tape-like warble happening. They're both PT2399 based delays, so in theory, this should work.

ReplyDeleteHello Sir, I built this FX a while ago and it's my main delay since then, I'm considering to add this modulation instead of the original one from the transport jr because it seems to be less pronounced (after watching some videos), both are a kind of vibrato that changes the pitch right? Have you tried both?
ReplyDeleteHello - sorry, I can’t recall the differences. The both essentially do the same thing, but perhaps at a slightly different rate and depth.
DeleteI would not like to make any specific recommendations for either, as it was a while ago that I was playing with them.
